Administrator|Dromore Co Down


We are currently working with a successful company who is recruiting for an Administrator to join their growing team.

The Administrator will support the Sales and Customer Service Departments. This is a permanent role based in Dromore Co Down.

The Administrator will be flexible and will work within the team to support all areas.

The hours of work are: 9.30am to 5.30pm Monday - Friday

Your new role as an Administrator

  • Ensuring customer orders are processed
  • Communication with customers to give updates on orders
  • Printing of documentation for sales and production
  • Preparing weekly reports
  • Corresponding with other departments to resolve queries
  • Update internal accounting spreadsheets and databases


What you'll need to succeed as an Administrator

  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Be flexible and adaptable as the role develops with time
  • Attention to Detail and Good organisational skills
  • The ability to work to deadlines
