Your new role as Building Services Manager

As Building Services Manager, you will become a valued member of the construction team. You will be managing the design, delivery, and commissioning of all building services on a construction project. You will work with tender and pre-construction teams, ensuring client needs are met and that proposals reflect client and contract requirements. It is your responsibility as Building Services Manager to ensure projects comply with building regulations, planning conditions, specifications and BREEAM. You will also be in charge of the commissioning process and training to manage and maintain the operation of all systems.

What you will need to succeed as Building Services Manager (it would be great if you have these, but don't worry if you don't)

• Good experience working building services or technical manager;
• Experience working with a main contractor;
• Technically qualified;
• Experienced in the following core systems: gas, power, wastewater, HVAC, passive and active data systems, fire, CCTV and/or vertical transportation.
