Building Services Manager | London

With a number of specialist divisions including Construction, Civil Engineering and Fit Out, this organisation has the capability and expertise to deliver highly complex projects across the full built environment spectrum. With offices across the UK, this local success story is now one of the UK's largest contractors and continues to go from strength to strength. This position is based in London working on projects throughout London and other parts of the UK.

Your new role as Building Services Manager

In this role, you are responsible for managing design, delivery, and the commissioning of building services. You will be working with tender and pre-construction teams to ensure all building services are met, including client requirements and proposals in good time. As Building Services Manager, you will support Site Management and Health and Safety teams, support Planning teams and ensure all projects comply with building regulations, planning conditions, specifications and BREEAM. You will monitor projects against company targets and make sure specialist contractors' resource and approach the project as needed.

What you will need to succeed as Building Services Manager

• Good experience working in similar roles;
• Experience working with a main contractor;
• Technically qualified to include the following core systems: gas, power, domestic and water waste; HVAC; power, lighting, and earthing systems; passive and active data systems and AV; fire, CCTV and security systems lifts and escalators.
