This particular role is located in London, working on a high value project.

Your new role as Building Services Manager

In this role, you will be working with tender and pre-construction teams to ensure that the client's requirements are met and that proposals reflect the contracts needs. You will be managing the design, drawings, delivery, and commissioning of the building services element of the project. As Building services Manager, you must ensure the projects comply with building regulations, planning conditions, specifications and BREEAM. You will support planning teams, ensuring building services are fully integrated into the delivery and execution of the project. Alongside the Quantity Surveying and commercial teams, you will review any contractual changes and valuations of the work. You will also attend client progress and technical meetings and chair specialist design and commissioning meetings.

What you will need to succeed as Building Services Manager

• Good experience working in similar roles;
• Experience working with a main contractor;
• Technically qualified to include the following core systems: gas, power, domestic and water waste; HVAC; power, lighting, and earthing systems; passive and active data systems and AV; fire, CCTV and security systems lifts and escalators.
