Vickerstock are delighted to be working with a leading client to recruit for a Business Development Coordinator to join their team in Moy Co Tyrone on a permanent basis. Salary £29k - £35k (depending on experience)

Your new role as Business Development Coordinator will include:

• Develop contacts and relationships with the key stakeholders
• Ensure that all customer enquiries etc. are followed up and dealt with promptly and effectively.
• To manage and deal with customer enquiries, arranging face to face meetings and provide all supporting administration.
• Generate orders
• Update computer system with amendments to enquiry/order/job specifications and maintain and update customer records
• Carry out customer care calls to ensure customers are pleased with the product and service
• Effectively use CRM and other internal systems to ensure customer information is kept up to date.

What you'll need to succeed as Business Development Coordinator:

• A proven track record in business development administration
• Strong Customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong relationship building to develop sales and rental of modular buildings
• A team player who can also work independently
• Computer literacy skills (Microsoft Office suite, CRM)
