CAD Technician (Civil 3D)

Vickerstock are working in partnership with a Tier One Building & Civil Engineering contractor to support in the recruitment of a CAD Technician to join their growing team of technical experts. With a number of offices throughout the UK delivering major infrastructure projects, the successful individual can be based in Northern Ireland, Scotland or the North of England

Your new role as a CAD Technician (Civil 3D)

Reporting to the Design Manager and working alongside a highly experienced team that includes structural, civil and geotechnical engineers and highly experience technicians, you will be assist with producing design drawing for a highly challenging Temporary Works projects at both tender and construction stage. Projects will include structural steel & concrete design, mobile crane working platform foundation design, hoarding design, formwork, falsework & scaffolding design.

What you will need to succeed as a CAD Technician (Civil 3D)

• HND in Civil Engineering or Construction related discipline
• 2-years' experience working on Civil Engineering projects
• Knowledge of Civil 3D
