Role: Construction Project Manager

Vickerstock are working in partnership with a leading Property Developer to recruit a Construction Project Manager

Your new role

• Management of project delivery & commercials
• Project scheduling and forecasting
• Lead weekly meetings with site teams
• Provide weekly updates to senior management on project delivery
• Ensure site compliance with standards, specifications and health & safety
• Regularly inspect the site to ensure high-quality work and complete sign offs
• Oversee project handovers

What you'll need to be successful

• Previous large-scale residential project management experience
• Evidence of knowledge of Irish building regulations & standards
• IT literacy including Procore
• Full Driver's Licence
• Commercial understanding
