Customer Service Executive
Mallusk
Your new role as a Customer Service Executive will include;
- Customer order processing - including data entry & order approval
- Scheduling Customers
- Customer order query handling
- General customer queries - phone/email
- Complaint handling - receiving and passing on to relevant dept
- Filing of orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Answer incoming calls in a professional, timely and accurate manner.
- Provide PODs and handle cash payments
- Deal with queries or redirect if necessary
- General administration
What you'll need to succeed as a Customer Service Executive
- Five GCSE passes (or equivalent) including Maths and English
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Excellent IT Skills - MS office
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure
