Customer Service Support|Co Tyrone

Vickerstock are proud to be working, with an innovative client to recruit an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team in Co Tyrone. This will be a varied role and you will be assisting a wide range of customers.

Your new role as a Customer Service Support

  • Providing effective and high-quality support to customers.
  • Handling all calls
  • Responding to customers via phone and email
  • Data input and updating systems
  • Support of online helpdesk and online ordering systems
  • Customer complaint handling
  • Resolving problems

What you'll need to succeed as a Customer Service Support

  • Previous experience within a busy customer service environment
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office to include Excel
  • Demonstrate a team focused approach to work by working closely with your colleagues and providing support where required
  • Experience of SAP would be an advantage
