Review and manage design prior to tender

Agree design deliverables and programmes

Aim to minimise cost and maximise value

Manage external consultants and subcontractors

Appoint consultants

Oversee technical specifications

Chair design team meetings and workshops

What you'll need to be successful as Design Manager

Degree level education in Architecture

5 years experience post qualification

Experience in design of residential projects

Knowledge of regulations and standards
