Design Manager | Farnborough

This particular role is located in Farnborough, working on projects throughout London and other parts of the UK.

Your new role as Design Manager

In this role, you will oversee both internal and external design consultant teams, control the development of the design concept and manage the installation information. As Design Manager, you will prepare, manage, monitor, and report on the Information Release Schedule, Programme and Responsibility Matrix. You will implement the drawing and document control systems and protocols. You will assist in on-site SHEQ and the development of company BIM standards and BIM implementation when required.

What you will need to succeed as Design Manager

• Qualification relevant to construction or design;
• Good understanding of construction processes and all aspects of Buildability;
• Experience using MS Office, Document Control and Viewpoint (or equivalent);
• Good knowledge of BIM processes, procedures, and software.
