Vickerstock are proud to be exclusively partnering with Maine Group to recruit 2 Fabrication Supervisor for their growing manufacturing operation in Garvagh and Coleraine.

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Northern Ireland's leading engineering manufacturers, taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Fabrication Department. You'll lead a skilled team of welders and fabricators, ensuring production is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards while supporting the wider production plan.

The Opportunity

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the Fabrication Department
• Plan and coordinate production activities to meet customer deadlines
• Supervise, motivate and develop a team of welders and fabricators
• Monitor productivity, quality and workflow across the department
• Drive continuous improvement, reducing downtime and rework
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, quality standards and production procedures

What You'll Need

• Minimum 5 years' fabrication or welding experience within heavy engineering or manufacturing
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes, welding techniques and quality standards
• Experience in production planning and workflow management
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS)
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
