Fitters Main duties and responsibilities
Assembly line fitting
Use of power and manual tooling
Reading and understanding of engineering drawings
Meeting set targets whilst working on the production line
Ensuring the safe and controlled movement of production parts
Working as part of a team to develop continuous improvement
Safe and controlled movement of production parts
Ability to work within a team environment and able to use own initiative
Complying with current and future Health & Safety laws, processes and procedures * Following Standard Work procedures.
Essential
Previous experience of working in a fast moving manufacturing environment.
Good communication skills
Fitting Experience
Knowledge of H & S procedures & responsibilities.
