Graduate Quantity Surveyor (Build and Facilities Management)

Vickerstock are working with an innovative Building and Facilities Management company in the recruitment of a Graduate Quantity Surveyor. This growing business offers a soon to be Graduate/ graduate the opportunity to get well rounded experience in sectors such as public housing, Commercial and fit out, M&E and facilities management services to a high-profile client portfolio across Ireland and the UK, delivering creative, innovative and strategic solutions. This newly created role is a direct result of new project awards.

Your new role as Graduate Quantity Surveyor

Working as part of the Commercial Team and reporting to the Head of Contracts Manager you will work on projects across NI and the UK. You will support in generating cost projections, interim valuations and final accounts and overseeing contract management to ensure profitable project delivery.

What you will need to succeed as a Graduate Quantity Surveyor

• Pre-grad applications are accepted as well as recently graduated candidates, Training will be provided (placement year also accepted)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Confident on Microsoft packages
