Vickerstock are working alongside one of our leading clients based in Co Antrim to recruit a HR

Officer to join their busy team.

The HR Officer will be responsible for the following:

  • Update recruitment processes

  • Drive improvement in employee welfare

  • Implement a talent management strategy including workforce planning, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, retention, training and development, performance planning, management development and succession planning

  • Development of an overall HR business plan with measurable objectives

  • Administer the HR systems

  • Manage local inductions for all new starts

  • Responsible for new employee administration

  • Responsible for leaver administration, including conducting exit interviews

  • Assist managers with absence management and advising HR Manager on those requiring occupational health referrals

  • Complete and analyse weekly and monthly HR Reports and KPI's

  • Ensure compliance with relevant HR policies, procedures, practices and employment legislation

The HR Officer should be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience within Human Resources

  • CIPD qualification or working towards the qualification would be desirable

  • Experience working within a fast moving highly pressurised environment

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Strong attention to detail
