Junior Quantity Surveyor
Vickerstock are working alongside a renowned specialist joinery and fit-out contractor to support in the recruitment of a Junior Quantity Surveyor. This company offer a bespoke joinery and fit out service from design to manufacture, site management and instillation. This company cover a range of sectors including residential, premium hotels, marine and commercial projects. This newly created role is a result of continuous growth and the ability to deliver on complex and bespoke designs, manufactured here in Belfast resulting in continuous contract awards.

Your new role as Junior Quantity Surveyor

Reporting to the Head of Quantity Surveying, you will be responsible for negotiation, site measure, review of contract documents, procurement schedules, payment applications, agreement of variations and final accounts. Also, you will prepare cash flows, monthly cost reports and analysis of budgets to ensure successful, efficient project delivery.

What you will need to succeed as a Junior Quantity Surveyor

• Studying or recently Graduated Quantity Surveyor with drive and motivation to learn quickly
• Be proactive and ability to work well under pressure
• Good communication and IT skills including Microsoft packages i.e., Excel
