Our Client is a smaller yet established company that has been going for over 25 years, supplying various different types of bespoke trailers. They are currently looking for a Lead Project Design Engineer who will be responsible for all the design and development of their products. This is a very rounded, involved position that will see you dealing with various stakeholders right across the company. Within this company, you would be a large cog in a smaller firm, your imput will be imperative, very much appreciated, recognised and valued as you wont just be a number to them. The role is reporting directly into the Managing Director

Required for the role of Lead Project Design Engineer:

• A relevant engineering related qualification with a minimum of 2 years Mechanical Design Experience OR 4 years Mechanical Design Experience
• Experience within heavy metal design of machinery
• A high proficiency in 3D Design packages - Solid works is preferred but other will very much be considered
• Strong communication skills
