Office Manager

We are working on behalf of an innovative organisation who require an Office Manager to join their team in Mallusk on a permanent basis.

The role is for 30 hours per week the company offer hybrid working model.

Your new role as an Office Manager

  • Sales Ledger Management - Credit control, resolving client issues and posting client receipts on a daily basis.
  • Reconciling bank accounts on a monthly basis.
  • Providing month end sales reports and closing off completed jobs.
  • To analyse credit card expenditure, post transactions to sage and chase receipts in preparation for month end Reconciliations.
  • To analyse, process and monitor petty cash receipts and payments.
  • To assist in the preparation of information required for audit, annual accounts, budgets, and other ad-hoc exercises.
  • To provide effective and efficient administrative support
  • Answering calls and taking messages

What you'll need to succeed as an Office Manager

  • At least 2 years' working in a similar role.
  • Experience of using Sage Accounts and Microsoft Excel
  • Previous experience with reconciling bank Accounts using Computerised Accounting Software
  • Ability to work alone as well in a team.
  • Strong Financial and Commercial awareness
