Vickerstock are excited to be working with an established and growing FMCG manufacturing business based in Galway to appoint an experienced Operations Manager.

This is a key role with end-to-end responsibility for the day-to-day operation, covering production, quality, health & safety, engineering, maintenance, planning and people management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day site operations and production.
• Drive operational efficiency, productivity and continuous improvement.
• Manage, develop and motivate the operational team.
• Oversee quality, health & safety and regulatory compliance.
• Manage production planning, stock and operational resources.
• Work closely with engineering and maintenance to maximise site performance.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements across the operation.

About You

• Proven experience in an Operations, Production or Site Management role.
• Background in FMCG, food, beverage or process manufacturing.
• Strong people leadership and operational management skills.
• Good technical understanding of manufacturing environments.
• Comfortable taking ownership and driving change.
