This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced production professional to take the next step in their career, leading a team of Electronic Assembly & Test Technicians within a fast-paced, quality-driven manufacturing environment.

Production Supervisor

The Role

• Supervise and lead a team of electronic assembly and test technicians
• Ensure daily production targets are achieved in line with quality and delivery requirements
• Monitor workflow, allocate tasks, and drive productivity across the production floor
• Support fault finding and technical problem-solving where required
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with SOPs and company procedures
• Maintain and enforce strict quality standards and protocols
• Provide training, coaching, and performance management to team members
• Liaise with engineering, quality, and management teams to resolve production issues
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the production process

What you will need

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role within an electronic manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of electronic assembly and test processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
• Experience with fault finding and supporting technical teams
• Strong knowledge of quality standards and production processes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• A proactive and hands-on approach to problem solving
