Project Quantity surveyor | (Build)
Vickerstock are excited to work with a leading multi-disciplinary infrastructure consultancy to recruit for the role of Quantity Surveyor. You will be supporting the cost management team on the delivery of a high-profile on public building projects with sites across the province. This newly created role is a result of the scale of these projects.
Your new role as Quantity Surveyor
In your new role, you will be supporting the Cost Management team on the delivery of multi-million pound contracts. As a quantity surveyor in this team, you will be responsible for generating cost projections, risk forecasting and overseeing contract management. You will support the management team to ensure successful project delivery, attend regular senior management and client meetings to inform and assist on key decisions throughout the contracts.
What you will need to succeed as a Quantity Surveyor
Be Degree qualified with a minimum of 4 years' experience, part of your experience should include Build & infrastructure with the ambition on working towards Chartership.
Working knowledge of NEC3 ECC Options B&C. NEC4 would be an advantage
Pre and post contract experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a consulting environment
