Here at Vickerstock we currently have an opportunity for Senior Recruitment Consultant in our Sales and Marketing division. You will be joining an ambitious, forward-thinking team with a real desire to help companies recruit in the most effective way by offering consultative advice and support.

In this role you will have the opportunity to be involved with the full 360 recruitment process, focusing on delivery, involvement in client management, business development and marketing tasks such as content creation.

On a day-to-day basis, you will utilise your recruitment skills to assist both candidates and clients, coaching them throughout the recruitment process and help them find them their ideal role/candidate.

About You:

• Helping manage the interview process, communicating effectively with candidates to arrange interviews, give detailed feedback after interviews, and assist with the offer stages.
• Mapping the market for potential new clients and identifying certain key people within existing clients to improve and expand upon those relationships.
• Utilise sites such as LinkedIn to grow your profile in the market
• Negotiating to achieve the best outcomes for your clients and candidates
• Working collaboratively with your colleagues
