Sales Administrator
Part time
Belfast
Permanent role based in Belfast 130pm - 5pm Monday to Friday
Your new role as Sales Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Receive customer orders via telephone, e-mail and face to face at reception counter
- Ensure all orders are accurately entered onto the sales order system
- Handle customer enquiries and follow up / resolve problems that may arise
- Liaise with warehouse regarding product availability and delivery issues
- Use of IT systems and e-mail to manage the distribution of products
- Direct incoming calls to relevant department / personnel
What you'll need to succeed as a Sales Administrator
- A proven track record in administration
- Strong Customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong relationship building
- A team player who can also work independently
- Computer literacy skills
