Sales Administrator

Part time

Belfast

Permanent role based in Belfast 130pm - 5pm Monday to Friday

Your new role as Sales Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Receive customer orders via telephone, e-mail and face to face at reception counter
  • Ensure all orders are accurately entered onto the sales order system
  • Handle customer enquiries and follow up / resolve problems that may arise
  • Liaise with warehouse regarding product availability and delivery issues
  • Use of IT systems and e-mail to manage the distribution of products
  • Direct incoming calls to relevant department / personnel
