Vickerstock are working alongside a renowned specialist joinery and fit-out contractor to support in the recruitment of a Senior Quantity Surveyor. This company offer a bespoke joinery and fit out service from design to manufacture, site management and instillation. This company cover a range of sectors including residential, premium hotels, marine and commercial projects. This newly created role is a result of continuous growth and the ability to deliver on complex and bespoke designs, manufactured here in Belfast resulting in continuous contract awards.

Your new role as Senior Quantity Surveyor
In your new role, you will be reporting to the Commercial Manager in producing best practice solutions for the client and company's interest. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor in this team, you will be responsible for generating cost projections, risk forecasting and overseeing contract management from conception to completion. You will support management to ensure successful project delivery and enhance value for money and minimise costs, while still enforcing standards & quality.

What you will need to succeed as a Junior Quantity Surveyor

• 5+ years' experience in a similar role in New Build or Fit-out
• Be proactive and ability to work well under pressure
• Experience in Conquest package
• Good communication, negotiation and IT skills including Microsoft packages i.e., Excel
