Location: Enniskillen

Sector: New Build

Project Duration: 18 months from start of October 2026

Position Duration: Permanent

Your new role as Site Manager

• Oversee on-site works to ensure on-time project delivery
• On-site team management
• Ensure projects are properly resourced
• Coordinate on-site labour
• Approve works by engineers and subcontractors
• Work closely with Project Director and Contracts Manager to ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled

What you'll need to be successful

• Previous Site Management experience
• New Build experience is essential
• Health & Safety trained
• Strong people management skills
• Trade background is desirable
