Vickerstock are working in partnership with one of Ireland's leading construction firms, renowned for delivering award-winning, high-quality projects across multiple sectors.

Due to continued growth, they now require an experienced Site Manager to manage a Residential project in South Dublin.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a contractor at the forefront of the construction industry, delivering projects to the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.

The Role | Site Manager

You will take full responsibility for managing all site activities, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full management of all site set-up, construction and fit-out through to handover

• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, site teams and finishing trades

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and contractual obligations

• Oversee site Health & Safety, implementing all safety procedures and documentation

• Provide accurate progress reports and maintain strong communication with senior management

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• 5 years' experience as a Site Manager

• Strong residential experience - housing is strongly preferred

• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills

• Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
