With a number of specialist divisions including Construction, Civil Engineering and Fit Out, this organisation has the capability and expertise to deliver highly complex projects across the full built environment spectrum. With offices across the UK, this local success story is now one of the UK's largest contractors and continues to go from strength to strength. This particular role is located in Dublin, working on projects throughout Ireland.

Your new role as Site Manager

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for successfully delivering high quality medium to large scale projects in line with budget and agreed Client policy. You will take material/equipment orders, issue permits and make any necessary applications to utility companies. You are responsible for raising NCRs for work that is carried out to a poor quality and ensuring sub-contractors issue ITPs. As Site Manager, you must understand the duties of Health and Safety and ensure these measures are carefully assessed and carried out on each project.

What you will need to succeed as FM Technician

• Good working experience in refurbishment and/or new build in commercial, retail, healthcare, or education
• Experience in temporary works procedures
• Experience using modern IT systems
• CSCS/CSR card
• SMSTS qualified
• Certification in First Aid at work
