Your new role as Site Manager

As Site Manager, you will join an established site team based in Perth in Scotland. The first project will commence in March, working on a major design and build project in St Andrews, valued at £30 million. You must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of success in safe delivery of high-quality medium to large scale projects to budget and programme.

What you will need to succeed as Site Manager

• Experience working on projects in; commercial, healthcare, refurbishment or new build
• Ability to manage subcontractors in line with the project programme
• Experience of temporary works procedures
• CSCS/CSR card
• SMSTS qualified
• First aid at work qualification
