Administrator

Vickerstock are delighted to be working with a leading client to recruit for an Administrator to work within their Health and Safety/Quality Department.

The Administrator will provide support and administrative assistant to the SHEQ team, support SHEQ activities and the promotion of a health and safety culture throughout the business.

The Administrator will be responsible for the following:

  • Book SHEQ related training courses, maintain training records and training matrix.
  • Administer occupational health surveillance programme and maintain associated records.
  • Co-ordinate and facilitate internal and external audits.
  • Update CHAS, Constructionline, etc with required information.
  • Maintain record of inspection and audit reports and findings.
  • Maintain NCPs, complaints, accidents / incidents records.
  • Maintain Document Control for SHEQ processes, policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with HR to arrange SHEQ inductions for new starters and prepare relevant documents.
  • Collate information for reports and meetings.
  • General admin assistance to the SHEQ team.
  • Provide reception cover as required.

The Administrator should be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Previous administration experience in a busy office environment
  • Strong IT skills
  • Extensive experience using MS Excel
  • Ability to work as part of a team and meet deadlines.
