This Privacy Policy explains how we use any personal information we collect about you when you use this website.

What information do we collect about you?

We collect information about you (which may include sensitive personal data) when you register your details with us via our applications and careers page and also through external sources i.e. job boards. We need to know candidate personal data to provide a tailored service of recruitment opportunities. This will assist us with decision making for suitability with client positions. We will collect personal information that is on your cv and maybe transfer this data to our CRM. We also collect information when you voluntarily complete surveys and/or offers.

How will we use the information about you?

Vickerstock collect information about you to process your application, to improve our services that we think may be of use to you. The legal bases we rely upon is Legitimate interest.  Vickerstock will not process your data to any third party without your consent.

Data Retention

Vickerstock will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary. Different laws require us to keep different data for different periods of time.

The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, require us to keep work-seeker records for at least one year from the date on which we last provide you with work-finding services.

We must also keep your payroll records, holiday pay, sick pay and pensions auto-enrolment records for as long as is legally required by HMRC and associated national minimum wage, social security and tax legislation.

Client Data

To ensure that we provide you with the best service possible, we store your personal data and/or the personal data of individual contacts at your organisation as well as keeping records of our conversations, meetings, registered jobs and placements. From time to time, we may also ask you to undertake a customer satisfaction survey. We think this is reasonable – we deem these uses of your data to be necessary for our legitimate interests as an organisation providing various recruitment services to you.

Supplier Data:

We use and store the personal data of individuals within your organisation in order to facilitate the receipt of services from you as one of our Suppliers. We also hold your financial details, so that we can pay you for your services. We deem all such activities to be necessary within the range of our legitimate interests as a recipient of your services.

Marketing

Vickerstock would like to send you information about Services that may be of legitimate interest for you. You may opt out at a later date.
