Vickerstock are proud to be working in partnership with a global engineering and electrification organisation to recruit a Senior Administrator (Services).

Based in Lisburn, this role offers an excellent opportunity to join a well-established international business supporting field service and asset monitoring operations.

The role
As Senior Administrator, you will support the Services and Asset Monitoring function by ensuring installation and service records are accurately maintained across internal systems. You will liaise with field engineers and third-party partners globally, playing a key role in data accuracy and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with Field Service Engineers and accredited third parties across global regions

• Update and maintain installation records within internal systems

• Ensure service and installation data is accurate, up to date, and compliant with company standards

• Use diagnostic and application software (full training provided)

• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders

What you'll need

• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Confidence using computer systems and software applications

• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions

• A proactive, team-focused approach

Desirable

• Experience using Salesforce and/or ServiceMax would be highly advantageous

• Salary of £27,500 per annum (pro-rata)

• Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm (37.5 hours per week)
