Your new role as Building Services Engineer

Supervise a singular site in Cork

Oversee Building Services works including HVAC, Mechanical and Electrical packages

Review drawings and specifications and advise team members.

Provide technical expertise to subcontractors

Attend meetings with clients, stakeholders and design teams.

Ensure high standards and quality across the site

Oversee subcontractor work & quality

Manage temporary water and electrics

Review and report on projects.
Carry out weekly site inspections on projects

What you'll need to be successful as a Building Services Engineer

4 years experience post qualification.

Strong building services or M&E background.

Previous residential building experience

A relevant trade background is desirable
