Business Development Executive
Antrim (Flexible/Hybrid Working Available)
£30,000 - £40,000 + Profit Share Bonus

With a strong presence across industries such as medical, automotive, food processing, and renewable energy, this is an exciting opportunity for a driven Business Development Executive to make a real impact.
You will be responsible for generating leads, developing meaningful sales interactions, and converting prospects into customers through consistent outreach and follow-up.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Participating in four daily "Power Hours" of outbound calls to uncover new opportunities
- Maintaining up-to-date records in the CRM to ensure accurate pipeline tracking
- Preparing quotes and proposals in response to customer enquiries
- Forensically following up on all leads through to conversion
- Supporting customer service during peak periods when required
- Submitting a simple weekly plan to outline goals and targets
What We're Looking For
- Fluent English speaker (written and verbal)
- Relentless drive to uncover and convert new business
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented, organised, and goal-driven
- A positive and agile mindset that aligns with company values
