Vickerstock are delighted to be working with a leading local consultancy to support in the recruitment of a Chartered Structural Engineer to join their constantly growing buildings team. Your new role as a Chartered Structural Engineer;
As a Chartered Engineer, it will be your responsibility to lead the overall design process for your assigned project workload alongside a team of graduates and technicians. You will work on projects of all size and scale across a range of built environment sectors. One look at their project portfolio will show you that this is a practice that has the technical skills and engineering acumen to not only deliver multi-million-pound schemes but the desire and "professional curiosity" to find innovative, cost effective solutions on a wide variety of more non-traditional schemes.
What you will need to succeed as a Chartered Structural Engineer;
- A degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering;
- A minimum of 5-years post graduate experience working in a design consultancy;
- A project portfolio that demonstrates knowledge design in all the main structural materials;
- Knowledge of both British Standards and Eurocodes
