Civil Technician
Vickerstock is delighted to be working with a specialist European based Contractor involved in the delivery of renewable energy, subsea cable and marine projects. The company has recently established new offices in Northern Ireland and is currently expanding the technical and engineering team across all levels to meet the anticipated requirements for the energy transition. The company has several existing significant projects within Europe for delivery in 2022 and a strong pipeline of projects with existing clients in the years ahead. They are now seeking to recruit an experienced Civil Technician.

Your new role as a Civil Technician
You will be joining a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, technicians and other professionals to support in the development of detailed designs working on a variety of subsea cable / renewable energy projects. As a Civil Technician you will be responsible for the production of all design drawings, primarily using AutoCAD and Civils 3D.

What you will need to succeed as a Civil Technician

• A minimum of 3-years' experience working as a Civil Engineering Technician with a design consultancy;
• Project experience that includes experience of linear infrastructure schemes or renewable energy projects;
• Extensive working knowledge of Civil 3D;
