Role Overview:

We advertising a role for a leading company in the construction and infrastructure sector, committed to delivering a civil project worth over €325million. With a strong reputation for quality and innovation, we are excited to help expand their team and welcome a dynamic Civil Commercial Manager to join them in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the commercial aspects of projects, from inception to completion, ensuring financial success and adherence to budgets.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to provide commercial guidance and support.
• Prepare and review contract documents, negotiate terms, and manage variations.
• Conduct in-depth cost analysis and forecasting to optimize project financials.
• Mentor and develop junior members of the commercial team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and contractual obligations.

Qualifications:

• Successfully obtained a High level degree
• Accumulated over two years of experience in Civil Commercial Management
• Demonstrates exceptional skills in communication, reporting, leadership, and relationship management
• Proficient in reporting and analysing commercial data at a Tier 1 standard
