Commercial Manager | Magherafelt | No Travel

Vickerstock are pleased to be recruiting for an experienced QS/Commercial Manager to join a reputable contractor, providing comprehensive services across Social Housing, Construction & Fit-out, Facilities Management and M&E projects.

As a result of continued commercial success, this newly created role will provide an essential bridge between the response and planned maintenance Quantity Surveying teams and the Head of Contracts.

You will play a pivotal role in the successful management of Public Sector Contracts, ensuring both commercial and contractual targets are being achieved. Reporting to the Head of Contracts, you will liaise effectively with other Senior Management and project teams, while fostering strong client and supply chain relationships.

Is this the role for you

  • You have developed your commercial awareness in the construction industry over the past 5 years and want to step into a strategic role with a growing company.
  • You are confident working with NEC contract forms and carrying out subcontractor management responsibilities.
  • You can navigate MTC and Public Sector social housing contracts.
  • You will excel in a Senior position that drives growth but doesn't require mainland travel.



The package

Remuneration is reflective of the seniority of the post and will be disclosed on application.

The hours of work Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm, and involve time spent in the office with your team, as well as site visits across the province.
