Role: Construction Project Administrator

Location: North County Dublin

Vickerstock are working with a specialist consultancy based in North County Dublin to recruit a Construction Project Administrator

About the Company:

A specialist company working on luxury hospitality fit-out projects across Ireland and the UK. This company works with household names, and world-renowned establishments to create bespoke interiors.

Your new role as Construction Project Administrator

  • Management of project documentation
  • Overseeing project scheduling
  • Coordinate between various teams to ensure alignment, including design teams, site teams & suppliers
  • Ensure project documentation is compiled, up to date and accessible to relevant parties
  • Assist with project progress tracking
  • Organisation of key meetings
  • Aid procurement with orders and quotations
  • Track cashflow and invoices for projects

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or coordination position within Construction, Engineering or Fit Out
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Proficiency with software such as Sharepoint, Procore & MS Office
  • Certifications within Construction are desirable
  • Full driving licence
  • Full Right to Work in both Ireland and the UK
