Projects: Large-scale Residential developments

Location: Dublin

Duration: Permanent, with long-term projects

Your role as Construction Project Manager:

• Oversee works on site to ensure they are compliant with Company standards, timelines & budgets
• Work closely with Commercial and Design teams to execute project plans
• Manage and build relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and external parties, including local authorities
• Meet regularly with stakeholders to review project progression
• Work along project phases from inception through to handover and after-sales
• Provide technical expertise to subcontractors and site teams
• Promote a positive culture and Health & Safety focus on site

What you'll need to be successful:

• Degree-level education in Construction or Engineering AND/OR proven experience in similar positions
• Experience in large-scale residential or mixed-use developments
• Strong management, communication and negotiation skills
