Customer Care Coordinator (6396)


We are working with an established client to recruit for a Customer Care Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. The role is based in Mallusk.

Your new role as a Customer Coordinator will include;

  • Customer order processing - including data entry & order approval
  • Scheduling Customers
  • Customer order query handling
  • General customer queries - phone/email
  • Complaint handling - receiving and passing on to relevant dept
  • Filing of orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Answer incoming calls in a professional, timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide PODs and handle cash payments
  • Deal with queries or redirect if necessary
  • General administration

What you'll need to succeed as a Customer Coordinator;

  • Five GCSE passes (or equivalent) including Maths and English
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Excellent IT Skills - MS office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure
