Customer Service Advisor

We are working on behalf of a household name to recruit for a Customer Service Advisor on a permanent basis. You will be working with an established team to deliver excellent customer service to customers. The role is based in Newry. Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm, (weekend work required 1 weekend in 6)

Your new role as a Customer Service Advisor will include:

  • Providing advice to customers
  • General customer queries - phone/email
  • Answer incoming calls in a professional, timely and accurate manner.
  • Deal with queries or redirect if necessary
  • General administration
  • Capturing and processing customer orders
  • Responding & dealing with customer queries

What you'll need to succeed as a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Customer Service experience
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Excellent IT Skills - MS office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
