Customer Service Advisor (Part time) - Belfast
We are working on behalf of a household name to recruit for a Customer Service Advisor on a permanent basis for a period of 12 months on a part time basis you will be working with an established team to deliver excellent customer service to customers.
Your new role as a Customer Service Advisor will include:
Providing advice to customers
Resolving customer problems
General customer queries - phone/email
Answer incoming calls in a professional, timely and accurate manner.
Deal with queries or redirect if necessary
General administration
What you'll need to succeed as a Customer Service Advisor:Customer Service experience
Excellent organisational and planning skills
Excellent IT Skills - MS office
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Ability to work under pressure
Strong attention to detail
