Customer Service Advisor (Part time) - Belfast
We are working on behalf of a household name to recruit for a Customer Service Advisor on a permanent basis for a period of 12 months on a part time basis you will be working with an established team to deliver excellent customer service to customers.


Your new role as a Customer Service Advisor will include:

  • Providing advice to customers

  • Resolving customer problems

  • General customer queries - phone/email

  • Answer incoming calls in a professional, timely and accurate manner.

  • Deal with queries or redirect if necessary

  • General administration

    What you'll need to succeed as a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Customer Service experience

  • Excellent organisational and planning skills

  • Excellent IT Skills - MS office

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Strong attention to detail
