Vickerstock are working in partnership with our market leading food manufacturing client based in Portadown to recruit an Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer. Our client is very well recognised brand within the food industry across the Island of Ireland and are a major supplier to major retail outlets both North and South.

This role would be ideal for an experienced Engineer who is looking for a Monday to Friday role that will allow for a good work/life balance.

Responsibilities will include:

• Prioritising repairs in line with production requirements and reacting promptly to breakdowns.
• Performing maintenance on machinery according to PPM schedules.
• Assisting in Machinery & Equipment installations
• Maintaining clear and concise records of all maintenance activities carried out.

What you will need:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Electrical or Mechatronic discipline.
• Experience in a similar role, conducting maintenance within a production environment.
• Proficient understanding of electrical drawings and ability to work from them effectively.
• PLC experience fault finding experience.
