Vickerstock are working in partnership with a specialist Fit-Out contractor in County Down, to recruit an Estimator to their team.

Role: Estimator

Salary Package: Private healthcare, Flexitime, Free on-site parking

Location: County Down

Your new role as Estimator:

• Prepare cost estimates for materials, labour and subcontractors
• Prepare accurate take-offs
• Review construction drawings to create accurate estimates
• Review and evaluate tender opportunities
• Take part in bid preparation, as relates to tenders
• Occasionally visit sites

You will join a team of fit-out and joinery specialists, and work closely with their joinery estimator.

What you'll need to be successful:

• 3 years experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor
• Prior experience with key construction software, e.g. Procore
