We are working on behalf of a leading manufacturer who require a Finance Assistant to join their team in Mallusk on a permanent basis.
Your new role as a Finance Assistant
* Accurate and efficient processing of the purchase & sales ledgers including responding to business queries.
* Preparing bank reconciliations.
* Preparing month end journal entries.
* Assisting with inventory management and reconciliations.
* Assisting Management Accountant with preparation of monthly management accounts.
* Assisting in the preparation of month-end balance sheet reconciliations and monthly VAT Returns.
* Responding to queries from auditors, and finance providers as required.
* Supporting the invoicing process
What you'll need to succeed as a Finance Assistant
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- * Excellent attention to detail.
- * Excellent time management and organisation skills.
