FM Technician | Dublin

With a number of specialist divisions including Construction, Civil Engineering and Fit Out, this organisation has the capability and expertise to deliver highly complex projects across the full built environment spectrum. This particular role is located in Dublin, working on projects throughout Ireland, particularly in Leinster.

Your new role as FM Technician

As FM Technician, you will perform planned preventative maintenance visits for Clients, completing relative tasks and minor repairs as requested. You will respond promptly to service call requests from the Helpdesk and effectively undertake repairs as efficiently as possible. You are responsible for ordering materials, tools and equipment and maintaining these in accordance with company procedures. As FM Technician, you will monitor the attendance of subcontractors and ensure they complete work to agreed standards, staying within budget. Other tasks you will be responsible for include: remedial works, minor alterations and installations; assisting with surveys and supports; maintaining asset registers, ensuring all equipment is tagged; and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately an professionally in line with company procedures.

What you will need to succeed as FM Technician

• City and Guilds technical and vocational qualification or level 3 Electrical Apprenticeship
• Full UK driving license
• Good experience using Microsoft Office or similar
• Experience working in similar role
