Graduate Quantity Surveyor

Location - Northern Ireland

Vickerstock are working in partnership with a Family-owned contractor as they grow out their Belfast team.

Your new role as a Graduate Quantity Surveyor:

Collaborate on estimating and cost planning.

Take part in the preparation of tender documents, tender evaluation, and reporting.

Work on contract administration, cost control and valuations.

Offer contract advice.

Attend meetings and site visits.

What you'll need:

Dedication to high standards.

Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.

Ability to work to time and quality targets.

Keen eye for detail.

A clean UK driving licence.
