We are seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Officer to make an impact on a dynamic and growing organisation. If you are passionate about creating a safe work environment, have 3-5 years of experience in health and safety, and are ready to take on new challenges, this is the role for you.

Your Responsibilities as Health and Safety Officer:

• Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and company standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure safety compliance.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent re occurrence.
• Promote a culture of safety awareness and ensure that all employees are trained in safety protocols.
• Collaborate with project managers and supervisors to ensure that safety measures are integrated into project planning and execution.
• Review and update safety documentation and reports as needed.

What You Need to Succeed as a Health and Safety Officer:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Health and Safety Officer in a construction or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• NEBOSH or equivalent health and safety qualification is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
