HR Coordinator (Ballymena) (26k)

Vickerstock is delighted to be working with one of the transportation industry leaders which prides itself on its continual

commitment into investment, innovation and environmental conscious practices. As a result of new leadership, this

organisation is embarking on a new growth path to expand its current operations thus, they are seeking talented HR

Coordinators to join their existing team of 12 highly-experienced HR Professionals.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become the integral part of the organisation, focusing on providing best in class HR

Support services to all the organisation's 1500 employees under the instruction of the Human Resources Team.

What will you do as a HR Coordinator?

As a HR Coordinator, you will have the responsibility for acting as an advisor and providing support to all employees in accordance with HR Policies, procedures and current legal requirements.

You will work closely with the Human Resources Manager surrounding the following areas;

  • Recruitment and Selection
  • Performance Management
  • Employee Relations Issues
  • Employee Engagement
  • Absence Management
  • Training and Development
  • HR Information System

What you will need as a HR Coordinator?

  • Third level qualification in Human Resources
  • Minimum of one year's experience as a HR Generalist
  • Experience in recruitment campaigns, employee relations matters and absence management
  • Extensive knowledge of NI Employment Legislation and Codes of Practice
