HR and Payroll Coordinator (€40k) (Meath)

Vickerstock is delighted to be working with a family-run, large-scale and well-established food production company that supplies the leading food retailers across Ireland in the recruitment of a HR Generalist for their Head Office based in Meath. This is a fantastic opportunity to get hands on exposure to all aspects of HR and payroll whilst working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment and availing of a competitive pay and benefits package.

What will you do as a HR and Payroll Coordinator?

Working alongside the company's experienced HR Manager and HR Generalist, you will have responsibility of processing end-to end weekly payroll and completing HR Generalist duties for the organisation's 400 employees. Duties will include;

• Responsibility of processing payroll for all 400 staff members including sickness, holidays and pension contributions.
• Processing new starters, employees leaving the organisation and changes in rates
• Assist HR Department with employee relations cases ie. note-taking in investigations and completing reports.
• Issuing new employee contracts, updating employee personal records and delivering on-boarding
• Revise and update employee handbook to reflect current legislation

What do you need as a HR and Payroll Coordinator?

• Experience of running end-to-end payroll within a fast-paced environment
• IPASS qualification is preferable
• Experience in recruitment, utilising HR Systems and completing onboarding
• Skilled in delivering training is desirable
• Skilled in using Advanced Skills
